This is an excellent entry from 2010 National Geographic Global Photography Contest China region, shot by photographer Nie Xiaowei. It captures the vivid moment that a little egret just caught a small fish, hovering low over the foamy ocean waves. The dynamically blurred sea background perfectly presents the wild natural ecology of coastal birds, full of vibrant life force.
