This is an excellent entry from 2010 National Geographic Global Photography Contest China region, shot by photographer Yang Huiguang. It shows the karst peak forest landscape of Li River in Guangxi, China. Warm golden morning sun shines through flowing mist, layered peaks loom in fog, a fishing boat floats on the river, presenting tranquil poetic scenery that resembles traditional Chinese ink painting.
