This is an excellent entry from 2010 National Geographic Global Photo Contest China Division, shot by photographer Chen Feijia. Seven Tibetan wild asses, China's first-class protected rare species endemic to Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, stand neatly on the ridge meadow, all gazing towards the camera. The clear blue sky, fluffy clouds and gentle hills in background fully show the wild magnificent charm of plateau nature and vibrant local ecosystem.
