This is an excellent entry of 2010 National Geographic Global Photo Contest China Region, taken by photographer Wang Hong. Shot at a high-altitude plateau lake in Tibet, China, the horned sheep skull in foreground forms a distinct silhouette at dusk. The lake is covered with orange-red sunset glow reflections, the sky shows gradient of deep cobalt blue and fiery orange clouds, with distant mountain silhouettes on horizon, presenting the unique wild natural beauty of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.
