Sunset Fire Cloud Coastal Long Exposure Seascape

This is an excellent entry from 2011 National Geographic Global Photography Contest China Region, shot by photographer Song Peijun. Using long exposure technique, the surging waves hitting dark reefs present silky smooth mist effect. The sky is covered with bright orange fire clouds, distant headland shows deep silhouette, presenting stunning charming coastal sunset scenery.
