This is a landscape photography work of the famous Red Lake (Laguna Colorado) on the Bolivian Andes Plateau. The lake presents rich orange-red ripple textures due to abundant red algae and mineral sediments, dotted with scattered white salt crystal flats. The outline of the distant volcano is half covered by heavy storm clouds, and the glow with mixed cold and warm tones dyes the clouds into a fantastic gradient from deep purple to warm orange, showing the unique grand natural wonder of South American plateau.
