This is an aerial view of Mexcaltitan water town in Nayarit, Mexico. The whole town sits on a round island in the middle of the river, with traditional red-tile white-wall houses, fishing boats docked along the shore, surrounded by river waters and mangrove wetlands. Known as "Mexican Venice", it is one of the legendary origins of the Aztec civilization, showing unique tropical waterfront style.
