This is an excellent work from 2011 National Geographic Global Photo Contest China region, photographed by Yang Hui. Steep rocky peaks emerge from surging milky sea of clouds, with warm brown alpine meadows on partial summits. The flowing mist shuttles between rock gaps, presenting the magnificent and ethereal natural wonder of Chinese high mountains.
