This is a work from 2012 National Geographic Global Photo Contest China Division, photographed by Huang Rui, taken in Wannan, China. The foreground is bright yellow blooming rapeseed flower fields, the middle ground has scattered Hui-style villages and layered golden terraces, distant mountains are shrouded in soft morning mist, showing the peaceful poetic beauty of southern China's spring countryside.
