This is the Abu Simbel Temple of Ramesses II located in southern Egypt, a grand rock-cut temple commissioned by Pharaoh Ramesses II of the 19th Dynasty of Ancient Egypt. Carved directly out of the entire sandstone cliff, the 4 giant 20-meter-high seated statues of Ramesses II on the facade are extremely shocking. It is a core part of the UNESCO World Heritage "Nubian Monuments". On the spring and autumn equinoxes, sunlight will pass through the 60-meter deep corridor to illuminate the statues inside, fully showing the superb astronomy and architectural wisdom of ancient Egyptians.
