This work is a cursive script calligraphy by Tang Dynasty poet Du Mu, titled 'Zhang HaoHao Poem Scroll'. Written in fluid running script, the piece demonstrates the high level of calligraphic skill of Tang literati. The scroll features multiple red seals, including collection and appraisal stamps, reflecting its historical value. The poem, written for the courtesan Zhang HaoHao, expresses sincere emotions and elegant language, representing a classic fusion of Tang poetry and calligraphy. The scroll is now housed in the Palace Museum, a significant cultural heritage of ancient Chinese calligraphy.
